CACCI Council is governing body of Confederation. It is composed of presidents and/or representatives of Primary Members of Confederation.

Council administers affairs of Confederation, pursues its objectives and policies, and promulgates rules and regulations in harmony with CACCI Constitution. It meets at least once a year.

Council elects from among representatives or nominees of its Primary Members following officers of Confederation, each for a term of two years or until their successors shall have been elected：a)President;b)Such number of Vice Presidents as may be prescribed by Council; andc)Honorary Treasurer.

總裁 serves as chief executive officer of Confederation. He presides over meetings of Council and Conferences. He supervises operations of Confederation and reports to Council. In case of a temporary leave of absence, President designates one of Vice-Presidents to act for him and in his behalf.

副總裁 assist President in promoting purposes of Confederation.

榮譽(yù)財(cái)務(wù)主管 is responsible for financial affairs of Confederation.

A 總干事 is appointed by President and confirmed by Council for a tenure of two (2) years, subject to renewals or extensions. He serves as administrative officer of Confederation, responsible to President and Council for operations of Secretariat.

A 副總干事 is appointed by President and confirmed by Council for a tenure of two (2) years, subject lo renewals or extensions. He assists in carrying out responsibilities of Director-General.

顧問委員會

Advisory Board is composed of Past Presidents of Confederation, with incumbent President of Confederation as an ex-officio member. members of Advisory Board elect from among themselves a Chairman.

Advisory Board suggests measures for improvement of Confederation and its structure：offer solutions to problems whenever they arise, and give advice on matters where such is sought by officers of Confederation.

預(yù)算委員會

Budget Commission is responsible for preparing and presenting Annual Budget of Confederation, reviewing income and expenditures, and formulating ways and means of providing financial requirements of Confederation. Budget Commission submits its conclusions and recommendations to Council for approval.

Budget Commission is composed of a chairman and two or more members elected by Council. Honorary Treasurer and Director-General shall automatically serve as ex-officio members of Budget Commission.

秘書處

Secretariat is headed by a Director-General who is assisted by a Deputy Director-General, both of whom shall be appointed by President and confirmed by Council. Director-General and Deputy Director-General shall manage daily operations of Confederation and fulfill all duties assigned to them by President and Council.

Secretariat implements instructions and decisions of President and Council; prepares studies of items in agenda; and. In general, undertakes work involved in accomplishing objectives and purposes of Confederation.

Secretariat is provided with a necessary Staff appointed by Director-General and approved by President.
