´Onix G. Co´ offers consumers the fiberglass windows. Inline Fiberglass is a world leader in the
development, design and application of fiberglass pultrusion technology. Inline´ s leading
product, thin walled fiberglass lineals are used in a myriad of applications. As a fully integrated
manufacturing operation, Inline designs and pultrudes in-house standard and custom lineals and
fabricates the Sovereign window series.
Cooperation proposal
We present an investment project which supposes Continuous Basalt Fiber and Basalt Plastic
profiles production workshop establishment in Armenia with1’ 600 (500) tons of annual capacity.
At the moment one of our companies - ´Arjermek´ LLC produces super thin and thin Basalt
Roving and wadding, which has high demand in the market as a perfect thermo and sound
insulating material. Continuous Basalt Fiber manufacturing is one part of Basalt wadding
production process. A simplified diagram of a basalt fiberization processing line is presented in
the project. Onix G Co. designed Basalt plastic construction profiles and products which can be
used in the following applications 1.Construction industry, 2. Energy sector, 3. Agriculture, 4.
Transport sector, 5. Military industrial sector. We have elaborated mid-term development plan for
coming 3-5 years´ expansion, including R&H for 1. Jointless railroad rails for high speed trains,
2. Large diameter jointless pipes (underground, on-ground and underwater) oil and gas
pipelines, which requires no exploitation and service maintenance and minimal maintenance for
protection against stray current influence, 3. Flooring for large stadiums, 4. Nuclear Power
plants´ containments, 5. Water cooling towers for NPPs. Based on that fact,Armenia
huge deposits assessed around 125 billion cubic meters, we also plan to focus on further R&D
aimed to continue research of Basalt thermal processing and pultrusion technologies
modernization.

Innovative aspects and/or main advantages of the proposal
Armenia has Basalt huge deposits, assessed around 125 billion cubic meters, therefore has the
capacity to produce the above mentioned products. All other innovative aspects, advantages,
detailed description as well as financial indicators are outlined in the investment project. In case
of interest we will provide the project.
